We are here at The digiProd to answer all your queries. We are always available to hear from you. If you have any technocal issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase. If, however, you are not satisfied with your package or your purchase and feel it’s not what you are looking for, we will do our best to resolve your issue and satisfy your requirements. We want to do our best to give you friendly and efficient customer support.
We would love to hear you out so that we are given a chance to improve and to sort out every issue but still if need be we guarantee to give your money back in 14 days if you are not satisfied with our services.
Follow the instructions below to get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase.
Please note that we try our best to follow our policy and refund you as quickly as we possibly can. But due to unforeseen circumstances like payment processor or banks and financial institutions refund can take up to 15 days for the amount to show up in your bank account.
Once a subscription is ended and refunded you won’t be able to subscribe to our services at The digiProd in the future.
How to Request a Refund?
Please follow the instructions below for us to process your refund:
- Fill in the contact form to request for a refund.
- The Email address should not be different from what you used when subscribing and buying our service.
- The invoice order ID should be included.
Please do understand and accept that we can’t provide refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us to adequately try to solve them and assist you. If we are unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we will provide a refund. Please contact our live support 24/7 at any time if you need assistant.
Refunds may only be issued within 72 hours of the purchase date. After 72 hours no refunds can be processed.
If you paid using credit cards the Refunds are generally processed and funds returned to the debit card on the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 working days.
However, there are cases in which a refund takes longer to process may up to 90 days. We are not responsible for this time frames and delays. We are not the payment provider just the IPTV service provider.
We will refund completely only purchase which has been done in less than 72 hours. All other refund requests will be returned partially according to used period of the subscription. iptvright support team will contact users in all refund cases.
NOTE: Every refund usually takes 20 to 90 working days to take place and it’s not in our hand to reduce this period. Our payment processors will take care of refund requests. We will try our best to refund any users immediately after seeing the request and checking user information.
